Determining What
We’ll Need
In most cases, the chef will bring all of the ingredients, tools, and equipment needed to prepare your meal. However, we may need to work with you to determine what additional equipment or rentals may be required for your specific menu or service style. In general, guests usually provide glassware and cutlery unless specified, but rentals can be acquired on your behalf.
